CREPIM Material & fire test expert

Descriptif / Historique

Established in 1992 and located in Bruay-la-Buissière (Pas de Calais) since 1995, CREPIM - Centre de Recherche et d'Etudes sur les Procédés d'ignifugation des Matériaux - is one of the top European laboratory for the évaluation of material according to fire and fumes properties in following applications :
- 2022 Railway (under SNCF/RATP by CERTIFER recognition),
- 2022 Maritime (under IMO recognition by BUREAU VERITAS),
- 2022 Aeronautic,
- 2022 Building (under European notification for DPC and French ministry agreement),
- 2022 Textile,
- 2022 Electric and electronic applications,
CREPIM is also accredited COFRAC Test since 1999 for the standard NF EN ISO CEI 17025 and for all test standard corresponding to mentioned applications.
CREPIM is composed of 17 people divided in 2 independent services :
- 2022 A test service which take in charge all recognition and which deliver reports for the access to the market for new product (only on fire and fumes aspect),
- 2022 A development service which help industrial in the phase of conception of product to reach fire and fumes regulation.
CREPIM is also present on other activity thanks to its participation in public and private project : - 2022 Plastic recycling,
- 2022 Surface functionnalization with atmospheric plasma,
- 2022 Thermal transfer.
