Descriptif / Historique

SCLE SFE designs and manufactures safe electronic up to SIL4, still delivering equipment designed 50 years ago to the SNCF.

SCLE SFE proposes:
- Supply of equipment, systems or electronic boards based on specifications with or without certification.
- Supply of "off-the-shelf" equipment.
- Redesign of obsolete electronic board with the latest standards.
- Partnership on an industrial project or on a research project.
- Intellectual services: hardware & software, verification & validation, RAMS.

Key dates :
- 1968: Jean ROBERT founded the company ERJI in Marseille; it will become a leader in the field of railway signalling equipment.
- 1969: André Coudé du Foresto founded the company S.C.L.E. in Toulouse. The activity started with projects such as railway works and the installation of catenaries.
- 1987: innovation boosted business I Creation of an Electronic Department in charge of developing new products such as the RH 2000 and the TM 3000.
- 1998: ERJI joined the SCLE company.
- 2000: development of "protection and automation" expertise for High Voltage substation.
- 2014: Inauguration of the Power Test Platform for railways and energy storage systems.
- 2016: SCLE SFE confirmed its know-how in the security field by obtaining SIL4 certification for its digital security platform called 201D, according to EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 standards.
- 2018: SCLE SFE entered the connected maintenance market for railway assets, implementing the latest communication technologies (ioT).
- 2017/19: SCLE SFE installed two BGS applications on high-speed rail lines (cross wind detector) and on tram tracks (distributed interlocking system)
- 2020: SCLE SFE is selected with Blue Solutions to develop the energy storage system for the RTE RINGO Project on the Ventavon site (south of France).
